Our restaurant specializes in wild game food and has become a popular destination for visitors far beyond Sälen’s outer limits. It serves wonderfully well composed meals with poultry, fish and game from northern Sweden. 

Our head chef blends natural flavors with locally produced products. Inspiration and external influences are also very important to us. That’s why we like having guest chefs come in and add their little touch to our menu. The result is a renowned menu, that is highly praised and a meat lover’s dream. We serve a well stocked a la carte menu with seasonal ingredients with a focus on game meats.
