Enjoy a classic Gammelgården treat, waffles!

Our Waffle Cabin dates back to the 1600s. It was moved from Malungfors to its present location in 1945 and has become a destination for Högfjällshotellet guests. Our waffle recipe has been the same for over 100 years. Obviously it's a secret ... But we will let you know one ingredient, Vichy water goes into the batter.
